            Bug ID: 435429
Summary: Regular updates (from PPA) are reported as "System
                    upgrade"
           Product: Discover
           Version: 5.21.3
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: discover
          Assignee: lei...@leinir.dk
          Reporter: krzmb...@gmail.com
                CC: aleix...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
I have installed xournalpp via PPA (deb
http://ppa.launchpad.net/andreasbutti/xournalpp-master/ubuntu focal main) but
since recently (maybe a week or so) its updates started to be reported as
"System upgrades" requiring a restart of the computer to apply.

I reported this to the developers at
https://github.com/xournalpp/xournalpp/issues/3011 but was told they did not
change the PPA stuff and since it was working as exptected before, I assume
this is a regression on Discover's side.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install xournalpp via PPA
2. Wait for an update

OBSERVED RESULT
Update presented as "System upgrade" instead of as regular update

EXPECTED RESULT
Updates being listed as regular updates (no restart required)
