Since updating plasma desktop to 4:5.6.5-1, the context menu on unlocked
widgets no longer appears when the mouse is right clicked.
First noticed on the application menu as the menu can no longer be accessed to
edit the content or to create or re-sequence the menu items but other widget
context menus (e.g. on the waste basket) are no longer available.
Behaviour does not change irrespective of whether widgets are locked or not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on any widget.

No context menu with widgets locked or unlocked.
Expected Results:
Context menu to edit settings.
