Glitch "Record a Video" button text
It's somewhat random, but some kind of glitchiness is pretty much always there
for me. If not, it'll usually appear upon hovering my cursor over the buttons.
Defocusing and refocusing the window also causes an update to the glitchiness
(that is, it might go away, or come back).
