it would be an advance in productivity to have mousewheel-support in the
systemtray's dropdown-widget ( in german titled "Status & Benachrichtigungen" )
also the default height of this widget it way small for a big screen ... please
add resizing that persists.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. leftklick on systemtray's dropdown-triangle [v]
2. try to scroll down the list without the thin scrolbar or :-( try to scale
the widget
Actual Results:
no scrolling in a small widget
Expected Results:
scrolling the listentries or the option to resize the widget
