Ok, so, I wait for Albert reply, then I open a bug report in bugzilla for the poppler component with: - description of the issue of opening that pdf (ecc...); - the current bug report; - I'll say that the latest git poppler version doesn't have that problem; - I put the commit of the fix you cited above.
