By default gpg will only available in kmymoney, after at least one gpg key has
been generated or imported.
Unfortunately, kmymoney does not give any hint about this special case in the
user interface, which would give the user the possibility to fix this problem
himself with the command `gpg2 --gen-key` on the command line.
