--- Comment #2 from Error404 <systematicerror...@gmail.com> --- After a lot of clicking and trying things I was able to get rid of it and draw again by adding a new paint layer, using the draw selection tool to circle it, then hitting backspace to fill the selected area. Not sure is this part is necessary but I moved to another layer drew a line when deleted the layer I used the selection tool on.
