I've changed this to confirmed, but this isn't unique to the animations itself
and occurs also when an unanimated transform mask tries to move the the off
canvas content on frame. It seems like only the first layer of a group will
properly render the contents of a layer that usually exists outside of the
canvas.
For organization purposes, I'm moving this into the `Filter Layers` category.
