Bug ID: 436058 Summary: Muon isn't prompting for su password and won't install packages Product: muon Version: 5.8.0 Platform: Kubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: muon Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org Reporter: r3cl...@r3cluse.net CC: echidna...@kubuntu.org, silh...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY I'm sure this is something simple and I'm completely oblivious to the right way. When I used to open muon it would prompt me for the su password. I tried yesterday to install flatpak and when I click on "mark for installation" the "apply changes" button remains greyed out. I've tried running muon from the command prompt using sudo but it still won't allow me to install packages. The "undo" button lights up so I know it's registering something. I've removed the application, rebooted, and then re-added it with no success. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3.
