Items are now sorted in SortedSystemTrayModel. It already has two sorting
algorithms (SortedSystemTrayModel::SortingType): one for configuration page and
second one for items in system tray. It should be pretty easy to add manual
order. There is one issue with this: we need the same sorting for configuration
page and system tray, if now manual sorting will need separate page in
settings.
