I was not dragging anything (except expanding the vidoe window
SUMMARY
Item dragging happening without actually clicking in all effect boxes and
sliders (possibly other places too) messing up any typed in quantities
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Expand the Top video ui by dragging the blue bar
2. This may or may not be how this happened but its my best guess.
3. (It might just be a me problem, but a restart doesn't do anything, so yeah)
