            Bug ID: 436409
Summary: Locked packages cannot be unlocked
           Product: muon
           Version: 5.8.0
          Platform: Neon Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: grave
          Priority: NOR
         Component: muon
          Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: geisse...@gmail.com
                CC: echidna...@kubuntu.org, silh...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
I by mistake locked/pinned konsole and konsole-part and find no way to revert
this. Opening the context menu and clicking on "Unlock package" will trigger a
pop-up explaining the package could not be locked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE (potentially dangerous)
1. Pin a package in Muon (right-click -> lock at current version)
2. Try to unlock it again
-> A popup will show up that says "Failed to lock package"
I assume Muon is trying to lock already locked packages rather than unlock
them, at least the behaviour indicates this.

OBSERVED RESULT
It is not possible to unlock packages. The context menu option fails.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be possible to unlock locked packages. This is important as it could
break system updates if one accidentially locked a package (like me).
