SUMMARY
Clicking on a minimized program through the dock (or opening a new program)
does not show an indicator animation, unlike minimizing the program through the
dock which displays a nice indicator animation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a program through the dock/Open a minimized program.
OBSERVED RESULT
No indicator animation.
EXPECTED RESULT
An indicator animation should appear.
