KisAnimTimelineFramesView: Single frame selection of "current time" on "active
layer"
now follows during layer traversal.
It's a bit of a mouthful, but it basically allows the user to have a frame
selected on the current
time persist between layer switching. Useful for PageUp / PageDown navigation
and doing a frame operation
such as insert hold frame.
