SUMMARY
When copying a file over to a ftp or sftp site, the modification time becomes
the current date and time


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Modify a file
2. Copy file over FTP or SFTP
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The last modification timestamp becomes the current date and time

EXPECTED RESULT
The last modified timestamp should remain the same for a copy procedure

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 33
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Copying from an  FTP/SFTP location to the local directories produces the same
effect. There is no setting clearly visible that seems to be able to change
this behaviour.
