The problem is definitely fixed. digiKam-7.1 is too old to test the behavior.
Files copied under digiKam no longer change the creation or modification date
in newer digiKam versions. A TIF file rotates with the current git / master
version, no longer changes the creation date, tested under Linux and Windows.
