SUMMARY
When Plasma language is pt-br, translation does not fit to a spinbox in
"Configure special window settings" window opened via context menu of a window
decoration.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set Plasma language to pt-br
2. open "Configure special window settings" window via context menu of a window
decoration
3.
EXPECTED RESULT
translation fits to the spinbox
