SUMMARY
User is set to automatic login on Plasma session. Somtimes after boot of
machine display only shows terminal login. When manual login with user's
credentials and command "startplasma-wayland" wayland runs normally. Next
reboot and wayland session on sddm starts normaly again.

Linux/KDE Plasma: kernel 5.12.9

Reproducing on Frameworks 5.76 and Plasma 5.18 LTS, too.
