SUMMARY
Unable to see highlights without tooltips blocking the view. This seems to be
the default behavior in 5.22.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
Lost the ability to have highlights without tooltips
EXPECTED RESULT
Would like to have the old behavior back.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tooltips keep blocking what I am trying to see in the highlight while working
in another app, and I can't get to highlights without them. Having highlights
without tooltips was so much more useful. I know this is working like you
intended it, but it is much less useful for me. At least give us the option to
go back to the old behavior.
