You've had baloo initially indexing files with 21h minor device number. Then your $HOME reappeared with a 20h minor device number, the number of files indexed doubled and a new round of content indexing started (which may not have yet finished) Possibly you'd jumped back to 21h (cannot really say) but you are now back with 20h and the indexing is continuing...
