SUMMARY
The Wipe with dissolve feature doesn't apply to rendered video
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add 2 clips
2. Overlap begining of second clip to end of first clip and click corner of
overlap
3. Try render
OBSERVED RESULT
clips never dissolved into one another.
EXPECTED RESULT
The clips should smoothly switch/dissolve into each other
