--- Comment #1 from Matthew Forrester <woshilinmanfu+...@gmail.com> ---
I was also confused by the fact that KDE Network Editor does not have an option
to select the band. I wanted to select the band because I was not sure that KDE
was even able to connect on 5 GHz, as it only displayed 2.4 GHz connections.

As a workaround, it is possible to connect on a particular frequency using the
"BSSID" dropdown of the "Wi-Fi" tab. If it is not possible to have a band
selection option, would it be possible to rename this option as "BSSID/Band" so
that non-technical users know where to look, please?

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.4.2
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8
