I'm working on an MR based on my suggestion from that report on how to implement both "move to" as well as "toggle also on" behaviors, for virtual desktops. If that works, it can also work on activities because it is almost exactly the same code (it actually is two different functions in the same file, that look so similar I'm tempted to refactor out the common behavior).
