I like vsync cause it limits the fps to my monitors refresh rate so I don't
need unecassery computing power for fps that are higher than my refresh rate.
Many applications don't support vsync,therefore I want to be able to force
vsync for every application.
I know there is the "fullscreen repaints" option,but that causes performance
problems and I don't know if it works like normal vsync.
