SUMMARY
Rotoscoping doesn't work in Windows 10.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add rotoscoping effect in any video (from Effects tab).
OBSERVED RESULT
I cannot add any point to the video. The video is automatic upside down.
EXPECTED RESULT
I want the rotoscoping effect to work fine on Windows 10.

Windows: 10 (2104)
