[krita] [Bug 439959] Cannot compile Krita. I was able to compile it before on the same machine.

Struggling a lot and trying to install different versions of sip with pyenv and
pip  and recompiling doesn't seem to help.

Anyway any help / suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
