STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run app

OBSERVED RESULT
When the application is launched and fully loaded, the entire interface is
black, but the toolbar functions (which is on top)

Windows: 8.1 embeded
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On previous versions of windows 7 and windows 10, everything is fine
