I'd say this is out of scope for a simple MimeType Editor tool; you can achieve
that sort of bulk changes by editing ~/.config/mimeapps.list file manually.
Also note that not all image types are the same, some can be opened by gwenview
and gimp, but some only by gimp ...etc.
