SUMMARY
When running KDE applications on Windows, the user interface is in LTR even
when using RTL languages.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Windows (and not Wine or ReactOS)
2. Install and open a KDE application for Windows.
3. Switch to a RTL language (Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, etc.)
OBSERVED RESULT
The user interface is in LTR even when using RTL languages.
EXPECTED RESULT
The user interface should be in RTL when using RTL languages
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug happens only on Windows, and not on other operating systems (as far as
I know).
