SUMMARY
During kdereview of Skanpage it was mentioned that disabled ToolButtons do not
look like their QWidget counterpart, which certainly is the case
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a QWidget based up with disabled ToolButtons, e.g. Okular with no
opened document
2. open Skanpage for comparison
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons in the ToolButtons are grayed out in Skanpage, but the rest looks like an
active ToolButton. Unlike in Okular, where the entire buttons is grayed out
EXPECTED RESULT
Disabled ToolButtons in Skanpage mimic the behavior of the QWidget-based
ToolButton
