SUMMARY
Change folder icon not work on Windows. Dolphin change the icon of .directory
itself instead of the directory.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click a folder -> Properties -> Click folder icon -> Choose Folder
Brown -> Click OK
OBSERVED RESULT
The directory icon is not changed. But the hidden file .directory icon is
changed to Folder Brown.
EXPECTED RESULT
The directory icon change to Folder Brown.
