Those two bugs are not marked as 'recursive' duplicates. One is Resolved -
Duplicate of the other. The other is Confirmed and noted as having the first as
its duplicate.
The reason the text is 'tiny' is that you had a small font size set in the Tool
Options docker when you created it. The font size can be changed when editing
text with the text editor.
When text is selected, press the Return key to open the text editor window.
You can't resize text by dragging its vector content bounding box because it
wouldn't be text if you could do that. It would be a vector shape.
Regarding lack of autowrap, this is raised in 391796.
