1. I think you should communicate this with Garuda, in general this is the
first time that such thing is reported so it could also be something with your
distor/graphic driver combination
2. Try to use Latte default layout in case it is a specific applet causing this
and not Latte. Right click Dock -> Layouts -> Edit Layouts... -> New -> Default
and switch to that default layout
