SUMMARY
When scrolling using a touchpad in the system tray entries section, scrolling
is jittery and unlike the rest of the desktop and it's components.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system tray settings
2. Go to entries
3. Scroll through entries
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is jittery compared to other sections of the desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling is smooth and line-by-line.
