Scrollbars in VLC looks bad
SUMMARY
Scrollbars have a white background. This looks bad in applications that doesn't
use white as the background color.
Please check the attached screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open VLC.
2. Look at the scrollbar's background.
