hmm, if `apt update` was able to see it, but `pkcon update` was not, that means
that the bug is in the PackageKit library that Discover uses to talk to the
distro's package manager (apt, in this case). So there is nothing Discover can
do about it because the software library it's depending upon has failed it. You
would need to report this to the PackageKit developers at
https://github.com/PackageKit/PackageKit/issues
