One was fixed here, and the other one was that Dolphin is failing to exit properly when its last window is closed, which masks the fix. With 21.08.1, can you confirm that when you experience this bug, there was secretly a dolphin process still running in the background? If so, let's get a new bug report filed about that. It will need to be fixed separately.
