SUMMARY
Currently, the subtitles features prints the subtitle text without any
background. It is printed as simple text with an outline to help it stand out.
In some situations, this is not sufficient to help the text be fully legible.
It would be helpful if we could optionally set subtitles to have a background.
This background could have a color chosen by the user and with a chosen
transparency as well to not completely obstruct the video.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a video to the timeline
2. Add subtitles
OBSERVED RESULT
On certain videos, subtitles are hard to read.
EXPECTED RESULT
Desired, a translucent background behind the subtitle text to add a more
consistent background so the text is more legible.
