SUMMARY
It would be nice to be able to disable thumbnailing on a per folder basis. For
example, I have a folder that is transparently encrypted via git-encrypt. It's
a little problematic to leak the contents of that folder via the thumbnail
preview and `~/.cache`.
So far, I've disabled thumbnails getting saved completely by changing the
permission of .thumbnails to disallow r/w, but this obviously slows down
thumbnails being shown globally, as they need to be generated on every view.
tldr; a way to disable certain folders having thumbnails saved for them.
