SUMMARY

The button bar at the bottom of the window "Edit specific configuration for
application" is not visible when you try to add/edit specific application
rules.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on a title bar for an application
2. Select "More Actions"
3. Select "Define Application Specific Configuration"
4. The windows opens in a state that doesn't show the button bar with Add
Property, Define Window Properties, etc.

OBSERVED RESULT

An important button bar is not shown on window opening.

EXPECTED RESULT

The button bar with essential buttons should be visible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

There is an "workaround": if you resize the window, the button bar shows up.
But that's not very discoverable, I believe.
