STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable file opening in tabs on okular.
2. Open multiple files.
OBSERVED RESULT
Files will be opened on separate windows and not tabs. if one would to open
multiple files via (crtl + o) it would work. This has been observed on Snap
and Flatpak versions (the deb version is outdated).
