SUMMARY
I'm used to shade/unshade windows using mouse wheel but since Wayland this
doesn't work anymore..
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Wayland
2. Right click on title bar, More actions
3. You find shade grayed
=> Even if configured in System Settings > Window Management > Window Behavior
> Titlebar Actions
EXPECTED
Shade Unshade to work on Wayland

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 34
KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Any hope to see this wonderful feature come back soon (when used with always on
top) ??
