I do not know exactly what that particular error message is in tended to say. 
I get it fairly often, with no apparent issued with the account.  As Alan said,
review everything in the account since the previous reconciliation to assure
the correct status of all transactions.  However, given the same account
balance, cleared balance, and online balance, it is possible there really are
not any problems, other than the spurious error message.

Make lots of backups!
