It seems that TAB navigation doesn't always cycle through SYSE's KCM list. It
should. It should also be very visible to the user that an item in the list has
focus. Right now, it doesn't seem to be the case.
Maybe the upcoming blue border in breeze ocean can help this.
I tried going through the inputs KCMs and cycled through the KCMs themselves
but was unable to tab into the KCM list to select a different KCM within the
input category. Neither was I able to go back a step using TAB.
The expectation is that TAB navigation cycles through all visible elements on
the window presented to the user.
