I can confirm. Czech layout; qwerty, extended Backslash variant. Any Qt based
application doesn't handle dead keys. The diacritic dead key seems to be just
ignored and it will print out just a basic unaccented letters. GTK based
software (like Firefox) works just fine. Honestly, this bug is pretty serious.
It completely prevents any sort of formal writing.
