STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole with a Wayland session
OBSERVED RESULT
It opens (usually on) top left, with the tiniest window possible.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should open according to the last set size and the position set by the users
settings

Operating System: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've had this issue in prior versions, only happens with Wayland and only with
Konsole.
