I noticed that during my continued testing.  That effect is reproducible for
me. If I pop up a konsole, the first time I hit shift+left it'll make a new
tab.  Thereafter (until I do it in a new konsole), it'll give the ambiguous
warning.

(As a reminder, this is after a debian old-stable (buster) update to the
new-stable (bullseye))
