SUMMARY
GTK apps do not change from light to dark theme(and vice versa) when changing
from light to dark theme(and vice versa) in the quick settings, until I log out
and log back in
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. change from light to dark theme
3. open a gtk app
4. gtk app is using light theme
OBSERVED RESULT
Qt apps use dark theme, while gtk app is still using light theme
EXPECTED RESULT
Gtk and qt apps are both dark theme
