SUMMARY
Black rectangle instead of wallpaper on x11 or Wayland and on Wayland the two
monitors are mixed up until I restart plasmashell
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login on x or Wayland
OBSERVED RESULT
Part of the wallpaper on my primary 60hz monitor is just a black rectangle
My Primary monitor(left) is 1820x1080, my second monitor is 1680x1050)
