You have to test the okular highlighter on the pdf attached above

I hope you will see my message!
The okular he's got a missing feature.
The feature is that there are pdf files wich is a collection of collected
images that are not text-adjustable and the highlighter does not work with the
pictorial texts.I wish they would add a highlighter feature and make it work
with text written on white images combined into a pdf (text unselectble) .
This missing feature is present in wps application for Android.
I am going to attach pdf file and try to use okular highlighter on it to see
what I mean.
